Only items needing attention are the hot tub only half the jets working (been that way for months) and the A/C in the room we were in barely worked making for a warm night. Staff here are just great. Room, pool, fitness area are all top notch.

Je suis déçu de donner un commentaire négatif, mais malheureusement, le premier mot qui me vient à l'esprit concernant mon séjour de deux nuits est "Déception". Le site est très beau. Les repas offerts dans le restaurant « Le palmier » sont excellents. Le personnel à l’accueil est sympathique. Toutefois, notre chambre était loin de ressembler aux photos offertes sur le site web. En gros, la chambre que nous avions devrait faire l'objet de rénovation majeur. Pour le rapport qualité/prix, on repassera. Dans la salle de bain, la céramique décolle autour du bain, le plancher flottant a été mal installé (laissant des espaces entre les planches), on a peinturé la vieille tapisserie… Avant mon arrivée, nous avions demandé un départ tardif (vers 15h00) mais je crois qu’il y a un manque de communication, car, à trois (3) reprises, quelqu’un a tenté de venir faire le ménage (deux fois sans s’annoncer). Donc, au lieu de quitter à l’heure que je souhaitais, nous avons quitté dès que possible. Déçu d’avoir payé un excédant.

Close to the airport.
