The hotel was ok. Room and bathroom were way smaller than most hotels we have stayed in for the amount of money we paid. And why do you advertise room fitting 5. But then charge an extra person fee for the 5th person? Did not like how the balcony door did not lock, there’s no dead bolt on the door and anyone can walk into the building at anytime. No security what so ever. The actually hotel is pretty and was enjoyable.

1 queen bed + 1 Murphy bed with exterior view, was very nice. Paid extra for the murphy instead of the sofa bed and it was worth it for the comfort. Pool area was great but arcade was lacking in quality not much to do there.

Rooms were dated. Service was not very good (no coffee or water bottles in the room). AC unit was extremely loud, difficult to sleep when on. Hallways were dim and unclean. The pool area was nice, gym was okay. The vibe is decent, but tacky.

The lightings in the room were pretty bad. The AC makes a lot of noise. The hotel is only preferable as a pitstop if you are visiting Quebec City or travelling- not preferable for stay more than 2 nights. The restaurant was however great- both food and staff.
