"After spending over $5K and treated the way we did, when we left the resort we had a great experience with locals who showed respect unlike the staff. The staff at the resort were rude and unhappy. Excellence Oyster Bay - Adults Only All Inclusive
"After spending over $5K and treated the way we did, when we left the resort we had a great experience with locals who showed respect unlike the staff. The staff at the resort were rude and unhappy. No one smiled. And they were unhappy unless being tipped. Food was cold or just barely acceptable. Our room filled with smoke because there was a fire on the property or nearby. No smoke detectors went off and no one called to ask us to evacuate. We heard staff arguing as we were trying to relax on the beach. If I could give advice leave the resort and meet local true Jamaicans. "
