The property was very clean and vibrant. Staff was so friendly and kind. We felt welcomed and safe from start to finish. There was a great variety of food to choose from, but during busy weekends make sure you go early or you risk not being able to be sat for dinner before closing. There are some free watersports that are included, which was nice. Plenty of pools to choose from and even though the place was sold out, it never felt overcrowded. Our only issue the entire time was always needing to ask for towels. Our room was cleaned daily but towels we always needed to call for. Often times we'd just bring back extra towels from the pool areas so we could shower as soon as we got back and not have to wait for towels. There are a lot of excursions to book through the property, but they are quite expensive. You are about 1 hour 15 minutes away from montego bay airport, 3 hours from Dunn's River falls and 30-40 minutes from negril. Overall my kids and I had a great experience and would love to return!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the property itself was beautiful with well-kept grounds. There was some ongoing maintenance during our stay, but nothing disruptive. Cleanliness in the common areas could use improvement — we noticed excessive fingerprints on main entry glass doors (coffee shop) and tables were not always cleaned/cleared promptly after meals. Staff were friendly and helpful overall, though service was a bit slow at times (which we expected). Food was the main downside: while there are too many lunch options, it might be better to focus on just two or three venues to improve quality, as the buffet food was often cold. Despite these issues, we had an overall good trip.

I have stayed most of the 5 star all inclusive hotel's in jamaica. But the princes Grand jamaica Resort is best of others. The property have Very good ambiance. Regarding the Hospitality The front desk service and Restaurant staff and the Expedia customer services was excell. Rating 5 out of 5. I will defenitly recommend the Princes grand jamaica Resort to all my family and friends etc. Thanks once again to expedia for the services and hospitality..

We loved it! We had the Platinum upgrade with the swim out pool. It was a dream vacation. Only wish we knew that we could have our butler do some more than what we had them do such as getting us the schedule of the events and dinner reservations... Apparently, they could do so much more like reserving cabanas, bringing you drinks and foods and etc...

Had several Issues but after several complaints and speaking with the night manager on duty at the time and the experience manager in the morning, they all made it worthwhile. Overall experience was good and would definitely return with the family. I think they need to consider the noise level From the pipes for persons who stays on the ground floor. You can hear every toilet that flushes and the water running through the pipes and there is an extremely loud water noise maybe from the swimout pool as early as 3:30 am to far back as 7am. If they can fix those issues it’s a 10 out of 10 for me.. lots of food to chose from from the buffet, service was great. Property clean and eco friendly. Great VR room and Kids club. Entertainment needs improvement. But I strongly recommend. I’ll see them sooner than later

We had a wonderful time at this resort. It is great for kids - they loved the water park and kids' club. The swim out suite was great - facilities were well maintained and food was good and entertainment was fun. Service was attentive (especially the butlers) but key bar areas were understaffed and resulted in considerable wait times for service. Easily corrected with a few more staff assigned -- and then, it would have been perfect. We will return.

My stay was nothing short of amazing. I am a family of 6 traveled with 4 children oldest 14 and youngest 7 months old. We got the swim out suite which was wonderful it was located right across from the waterpark. The food was 6/10. The entertainment was 8/10. Service 10/10. Staff 10/10. The only con I have about this property is the check in process we waited for 3 hours for our room. Other than that I’d definitely book this resort again.
