"The staff were impeccable! From checking in to checking out, they were kind and very attentive. Everything we needed we just had to ask for & they were more than happy to assist.They even found the jacket I lost! I stayed in a premium suite that had access to a special lounge that included snacks and beverages, where my boyfriend & I waited while our room was getting ready. We also had our Valentine’s dinner at the restaurant & had an amazing time! They even offered us complimentary ice cream. I highly recommend this hotel on your next visit to CDMX! I will be returning shortly! "

"This is a superb hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff are charming and very helpful. The bed was super-comfy and the bathroom was large with lots of hot water and good quality products. Its location makes it perfect for sightseeing."
