"I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non functional adding to bathroom unpleasantness. The Gallery on main floor was a missed opportunity. It takes up valuable lobby space without offering anything to overnight guests. The hotel’s caliber warrants a lounge/lobby space especially since the food hall next door closes at 9pm and the on-site restaurant does not have a bar/lounge rendering guests delegated to hotel room after 9pm unless willing to go offsite to hang out. The Gallery space could easily serve as an excellent lounge/lobby as well as a private meeting space available to rent out. Last oversight was zero covered area at entrance/exit. A covered walkway from front entrance to parking garage or even just door to street would be very convenient for coming/going during the common downpours in the area."

"It was a good place to stay had plenty to do but when we stayed their we had to have our room downgraded because our booking room with a balcony hadn't been cleaned even tho that's what we payed for and their was some miscommunication with the staff about the keycard armbande regarding us turning them in or keeping them at the end of. Our stay other then that the pool was nice the arcade was cool the facillity bathrooms need to be mantained a lil better and the amusement rides also need to be kept up on maintenance because when I went 5 of the rides were down. Also some of the staff their are pretty cool like the ones that work the pool area and the margerittaville restraunt! In which the food and snacks served were bussin"

"The first half of our stay went very well, the room was clean and the staff we encountered were nice and helpful. However, the day before we left when we went to breakfast we left the dining area covered in wood stain as they had stained the tables and chairs but did not put any signs up or tell anyone, and it was still wet. We each had an entire outfit ruined by the wood stain and I had to scrub it from my skin as well. The staff person we spoke about at that time seemed confused and brushed it off. The next day I went to breakfast again and made sure to check the chairs before I sat and they were still wet. There was a “wet paint” sign on the wall above the food, but nothing by the tables and chairs. I went to ask at the desk if there were any that weren’t wet and the lady there said “we thought it would be dry by now but if isn’t I’d probably avoid it.” When I told her that our clothes were ruined the day before she didn’t even acknowledge it."
