By accident.. I guess when I booked it was for a smoking room which I did not want, I do not smoke and have health issue. I did adk if they could give me a non smoking room...so they said no...then the person checking me in seem like she was discouraging me from upgrading to a deluxe non smoking room, then she said that even if I would have requested a non smoking room thru the third party I booked thru they woulda gave me what ever they wanted. I dont think this is a good practice. I was checking in too late to cancel so I had no choice but to take the smoking room, that smelled aweful and had evetything I brought in the room smelling horrible even after I got home and unpacked...I was so dissappointed and will not stay with them again !

Avoid Rooms 1321 and 1323- smoke filled!

Love cleanliness and hotel not overly crowded. Do NOT stay in rooms 1421 and/or 1323 if you are a non-smoker. We were out all day and when we got in to settle for the night, our room was filled with cigarette smoke. It burned my eyes and nose. We tried turning air down to circulate but soon realized the vent was the source. The hour was late or we would have called management. Doubtful we will stay here again. The Palace hotel and Casino are smoke free. Will try them next time. Arcade ahould offer prizes. Spent $50 and only a few games reward.

Casino and restaurant areas were nice except for the air freshener that was very suffocating. Rooms were tiny shoeboxes and the temperature was hard to control. We had already paid for two nights but on day 2 we moved to the Double Tree Hotel. I would not stay or recommend to anyone

The mattresses on the beds were saggy and the box springs were noisy. It took the hot water forever to heat up. The sink was slow draining and I had to wait 5 minutes for it to drain from brushing my teeth to washing my face.
