Cleaning service was good. Def a kid oriented place. Most nights there were yelling, screaming, and crying kids in surrounding rooms, which was a bit aggravating. They would go in and out of the rooms constantly, letting the doors slam every time. Thankfully this tapered off between 11-12 PM.

Not A Good Experience This Time

We received the incorrect room although they stated it was an upgrade. I have toddlers therefore this upgraded room was more of a nuisance and safety issue. Additional feedback is we could not place a to go order from our room because the restaurant stated they were too busy. One last item is to ensure you have tons of patience when leaving. The elevator situation is cumbersome and it will take 30-45 minutes to catch an elevator down with your luggage to finally check or leave the property.

Nice Resort just needs to be updated better and need more activities for smaller kids that’s 4 and under ! I feel like the family suites should have had microwaves in them and should give more perks when staying for 3 or more nights ! Make sure the pest control is under control ! Had an Ant problem in my room in the bathroom !
