It was meh. I took my 6 year old and 4 year old and they had fun at the pool area and the arcade. They only have 4 elevators and it would take FOREVER to get to where you needed to go. I was on the top floor and it was a disaster. It was nice for a small getaway but I wouldn’t spend more than one or two nights here. Staff was very friendly and welcoming so it’s not their fault. Could use some updating and deep cleaning as well. They also could hire more help. The poor bartenders were almost always the sole person serving many people. For what I paid to stay here, it was disappointing.

It was an all-around bad experience from check-in to our last night stay. The room had an ajioning door so we heard the children next to us screaching all the time, bed had a huge dip in it, and even though smoking wasnt allowed, someone was smoking weed on one of the balconies around us. Balconies below us had dirty diapers and other various unplesant items on them. Face mask mandates were not being enforced either. Would have left after the first night, but didn't want to lose the money we had already paid.

The room was very nice, especially the balcony. The pool was overcrowded, but expected. The only real negative experience we had was eating at margaritaville. Their kitchen was backed up so we were there for 2 hours from the time we sat down. Our waitress said several times she would get us a refill but never did. The food was ok, nothing special, way overpriced. Landshark was good to eat at. But again, nothing special at that price. The arcade was nice, but alot of the games didn't work. The elevators took forever, waited 45 minutes for one. Housekeeping staff was great. When we needed something they brought it right up. All the staff was very friendly.

Really enjoyed our stay! The rub could have been cleaner and the games needed to be kept up better, but all in all we had a great stay!

Very disappointed Told after we checked in that there would be no daily housekeeping- when I asked about towels and garbage collections - was told to call the front desk or “find staff in the hall” When walking down hallways - there was garbage cans and bags of garbage People were putting wet/used towels in hallways In 6 days never saw staff cleaning elevators or buttons Elevators were always filled beyond capacity. Game room floor had no social distancing limits - guests were shoulder to shoulder in a Saturday night Masks were not worn by all staff at all times Issues with bartender charging to wrong guest rooms Understand things are difficult- maybe hotel should not be open to the outside public for game room or pool use at this time. Swim up bar closed Monday - Friday but other pool bar did not have extra staff - one bartender- the wait times were usually about 15-20 minutes for drink orders. Not a cheap hotel by any means and carpets were dirty and stained Garbage cans in elevator areas overflowing daily The only diSinfecting we saw in 6 days was in the parking area where the luggage carts being sprayed down 👎👎👎👎
