Cleaning service was good. Def a kid oriented place. Most nights there were yelling, screaming, and crying kids in surrounding rooms, which was a bit aggravating. They would go in and out of the rooms constantly, letting the doors slam every time. Thankfully this tapered off between 11-12 PM.

The few things that wasn't right. The shower head wouldn't work right. And patio handle broken. But everything else was amazing

After reading all of the other reviews I would have to say that my experience was the same ! I wouldn’t want to come back. My child enjoyed himself so I guess that’s all that matter. Check in took a while but that’s to be expected. I ended up seeing a bug crawl super fast under my pillow. I couldn’t tell if it was a bed bug or roach. I expressed my concern and the manager had a weird look on his face but ended up giving me another room which was upgraded. I was grateful. I was so paranoid from the last room that I didn’t sleep well . The rooms could use a better cleaning. The food was disgusting as well. Everything is expensive but to be honest I always spend a great amount so I’m not complaining. Overall I rate my experience a 2 and that’s only because they accommodated me.
