I loved the view of Biloxi Bay from my terrace. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Traveling alone I felt very safe and enjoyed my stay so much.

I've stated at this hotel a couple of times before. I knew they did not have a refrigerator in the room, but it is a real inconvenience. All the other casino hotels in the area have refrigerators. They provided a minimum of towels, etc. so I had to search for a housekeeper to obtain more towels. There is absolutely no towel bars to hang towels once used, so consequently, they have to be discarded onto the floor and a fresh towel to use the next shower time. I noticed when I got to the room there was puddles/streaks of water on the floor. I thought it was a result of the housekeeper having freshly moped the floor. The 3 days I was there, the floor had water on the faux wood floor. I discovered it was seeping through the cracks of the flooring. In one particular place, it would squish as I walked over it. I think it was a result of water from the shower, as there was missing caulk. I wiped up some of the water, which only showed me how filty the floor was. It was disgusting. The bed was lumpy. This room deserved a new mattress. Coffee for only 2 cups. I was going to be there 3 days, so not only did I have to get extra towels from the housekeeper, I also had to get additional coffee. I hate having to track down a housekeeper and interrupt her for extra stuff. The staff is not friendly at all. The poolside bar is a total rip-off. The only positive thing I could say about this hotel is it had a decent rate for the time I was there.

This is not a good Hotel to stay in, room no refrigerators even though you request one; you may not get it. I read reviews before I booked this Resort but gave it the benifit of the doubt. Believe the reviews bc everything I read we had the experience. Rooms smell like mildew, my siters room was 1030 queen with Terrorist no chairs on the balcony, dirty coffee maker, shower leaked day and night. The Houskeeper call maintenance to fix and to provide the balcony chairs no one came. My room 1026 King bed; smelled like mildew and mold in the bathroom. The Bellman; a caucasian man with a long white beard was so rude when we pulled up to check in; If I wasn't tired from traveling I would have left then. I booked three rooms for this visit, this was our first and the last stay. We all did not have comp rooms we paid out of pocket, it was so bad I didn't try to get a rewards card. I also booked and paid for 2 cabanas at H20 pool Barr, was told be at check by 10am and all guess need to arrive by 12noon or they will sell to someone else. I arrived to check in at 945am. I was notified that our cabanas would be K/J, was not late but my cabanas was rented to someone else. One of our cabanas TV didn't work but once I addressed my concerns the manager came to correct the issue. H20 pool Barr and the casino was the best of our stay after issues corrected. So please don't do like I did, don't stay here only do the casino and the pool purchase. If this was a free room; I wouldn't stay.

This hotel is out dated. They did not offer valet parking. The room door looked like someone tried to break into it. The shower water handle full off, the smoke detector was hanging and the lights, alarm clock and charging station did not work.

Loved our recent stay from the swim up bar to all the entertainment from casinos to great food! We had a great time. Feedback for the amenities would be to invest in the sports package so all of your guests have the ability to watch their teams play. It’s football season!!! Oh and to display signage that informs you what’s permitted and what’s not permitted as it relates to walking to the pool in your pool attire! We were stopped as if we were inappropriate when we were not. Literally had to walk back to the room to get a cover up. Either move the location of the pool, or display signage so it’s not a surprise. You have to walk through the casino to get to the pool. I travel a lot all over the world as this was my first experience being turned around because I had on a swim suit!

We only stayed here for one night but for it being an older hotel we were absolutely comfortable and impressed with the cleanliness and dining options. Morton’s steakhouse is top notch!! Will return in the future.
