We stayed 5 nights & they never cleaned our room. I called to ask them to &!said the can’t anymore? Whst in the world. I had to request garbage bags to change garbage was told to put out in hall. Called several times for towels & washcloths. & had to put linens out in hall. The dust ruffle thing around bed. Came off and all kinds of filth in it. The track between the room & balcony is full of junk, Very disappointed in ALL of this!

The front desk staff was poorly educated and unhelpful. The rooms were very much not up to clean lines standards. The amenities were nice, but not easy to access. Food options were the best part of the experience.

I booked a room for 3nights.. On the 2nd day my room key was not working. I went to front desk to let them know. They provided me new keys but they also checked me out of my room by mistake.. I had to pay another almost $600 to get checked back in while the other charges were still pending from my original check in..Now I got 2 charges pending on my account totaling over $1200 . I got all that money tied up. Now suppose I did not have the money to cover two hotel check ins.. Would I have had to leave because of something that was not my fault. I was displeased on that issue.

The hot water did not get hot it was warm then cold for the price I paid I should not of experienced that… Staff was nice also when I got off elevator for they was ripping up the carpet and my room was right there by it some Mexicans just a bit to much no kind of valet parking like I was expecting….

It was a nice stay with the conveince of a casino on-site. The jacuzzi tub and shower combo was great. Room was spacious and clean. Pool bar and pool were great as well. The only con was it can use an update and the bed was too firm.
