We recently stayed here with our two kids and had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made traveling with children so much easier. The location was incredibly convenient and made getting around simple. The buffet was excellent with plenty of options for everyone in our family, and the food was fresh and well-stocked. What really stood out, though, was the staff every single person we interacted with was helpful, kind, and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I have a very mixed review. The room and its amenities were very very nice. The hotel was very quiet and clean. The problem I(we) had was with the Casino and the Buffet. The casino, being the only smoke free casino, is awesome for that reason, but it ends there. The slots were very tight and I(we) saw very few winners for the amount of people gambling. We have noticed this more and more over the last couple of years. We visit The Palace every Spring and Fall on our way to and from Florida, from our home in Wisconsin. We have noticed we do better elsewhere in the Biloxi area. I don’t come down there and stay there thinking I am going to be a winner every time, but, I have had little to no reason to return there for gaming, except to earn my 30 pts for the half priced buffet. To earn those 30 pts to save $15 playing slots that don’t pay off very often, is costing way more than the savings on a half priced buffet. The buffet, though, is a wonderful buffet, usually and especially, for its Prime Rib. We went to the buffet two nights in a row. The first night, we arrived about 6:50pm and they were OUT of Prime Rib. I was told by the manager, Michelle, that there would be another roast shortly, but, after waiting for over 45 minutes, it never appeared. I was given lip service, instead. The next night, hoping to not see the same thing, we were delighted to see a large Prime Rib roast and I headed right over to it. Immediately, the quality of it was apparent. It was not a Prime roast

Everything is clean. From the lobby to the casino restrooms are clean. At the Buffett I saw numerous employees cleaning food stations and restocking. Room was clean and fresh. Bed and bedding were very comfy. Love the no smoking on premises. Would stay again.
