Hard Rock was more than accommodating. Since Travelocity did not finish the booking and they had no record of our reservation. They not only gave us a room at the rate listed they upgraded our room.

This is our first Hard Rock. Just wanted to give it a try. We got a room with a view at the Platinum Tower. The view is spectacular. But the room is old. Needing some minor repairs/repainting. Cabinet for mini fridge will not close as it was hitting the closet cabinet. You get the rockstar lighting which is dim and dark. We were not there for the casino and it’s more of stop from our long drive. So can’t provide feedback on that. Pool is beautiful and gym is decent. Casual food options is good especially for a short stay.

The room was excellent and the check in staff was courteous. It was our very first stay so we had no idea where to go and everyone we asked was very helpful. We appreciate that. The view from the room was amazing. The bed was comfy. But like all rooms maybe bring an extra pillow. It always seems like the pillows never match the bed. They were tiny. The bathroom was clean. We had plenty of towels. We overall enjoyed our entire stay! Thank you, Hard Rock, for making our 12th wedding anniversary a wonderful one!!!
