Carpet was filthy and had an odor found out that this place of stay is ran by Wyndham and only casino ran by Harrah’s place is a dump

The dealer on the roulette table was rude. The food at port 17 was good but did not look anything like the picture. The property was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. Was not impressed with the Starbucks on site they do not honor any Starbucks offers due to being a licensed Starbucks the staff was not friendly at the Starbucks. Steak and shake was a good 24 hr spot to try out . All in all the location was ok even tho they did mess up on my room bookings .

The staff at the front desk was the rudest experience I have ever had. They were unresponsive and caring to travelers. I had to wait until 10pm for a room to be ready. They intentionally put us in a room with a leaky toilet. The hotel only provided 1 towel and no shampoo of other common amenities even though we refused to use the bathroom after the toilet leaked around 2am. We complained in the morning 9:00a and waited until 3:30p without response from the hotel front desk that we had a room for the night. The hotel and Travelocity didn’t care about the customer and continued to charge us for the full 3 nights when we could not stay there and found and hotel that was excellent. I will NEVER use Travelocity again and I would implore EVERYONE to just use a search engine and deal with the hotel and airlines directly. There wasn’t much savings and any amount that Travelocity can eke out is not worth the frustration, abandonment, rude, disrespect, and charging even though the hotel didn’t provide accommodations. Travelocity is a TERRIBLE” choice and I regret using them. I will never use Harrah’s again and will opt for Hard Rock or other hotel brand that treat customers as they should. After Harrah’s couldn’t provide accommodation and Travelocity wouldn’t do anything for us, we stayed at Courtyard by Marriott who were respectful, nice and provided a clean room immediately upon check in.

The hotel could use an upgrade and get rid of carpet in the hallways, rooms and casino for cleanliness purposes since the appearance of the carpet is old and worn. The restaurants are good and the pool is clean and inviting. Staff is very accommodating:

I have stayed at this location on several occasions. I really like the convenience of self-parking and I really love the pool area. However, the ac unit in the rooms are horrible. It's really warm at night. That's the only downfall at this location. I will stay again and bring a fan. The skywalk to the beach is easy and convenient.

Windows we're not really clear. Not the cleanest rooms. The body wash was empty in our room. And the $20 room fee which should be part of the advertised price. Staffing was friendly and professional.
