Food and food related service was excellent 4.5 stars, room was 3.5 stars great. Casino dealers were rude 1 star. Most of them acted like they didnt want to be there. They could at least be nice whilst taking my money. I will go to BR next time where staff is much friendlier.

If you stay 4-5 nights, don’t expect maid service. You have to call for your needs. And when you do call, it takes forever to get what you need. The lady that checked is in was nice. Casino is stingy as hell. Probably won’t make any future trips back to the Pearl.

Check-in process ridiculous
The hotel itself was fine. Beds were comfortable and room was nice. However, the check-in process was RIDICULOUS. My husband and I traveled with our 2 and 3 year old children and had to check them in. I got stuck in the lobby with my daughter because she was “not registered” and I could not register her as the hotel was in my husbands name. I however was on the list, and the room was paid for with my card. But my two year old daughter could not go to the room until my husband came downstairs with our other toddler to check her in. Mind you this was also at 2 am, and we were checking out in 9 hours at 11 am. The whole process was infuriating and unnecessary. Do not stay here if you don’t have extra hours for the check in process.
