Comfortable stay!

The guest services clerk was helpful and very courteous. She suggested restaurants and things to do in the cold weather. We had issues with our TV and she immediately came and resolved that. The hotel is getting renovated in stages which was not a problem at all. My disappointment was paying for a gulf view and we were actually on the gulf side of the hotel, however, there was a HUGE oak tree that obstructed our entire window. There was only a view of a mossy oak tree. I wouldve accepted that had i not specifically paid extra for the view. That was from room #405. So disappointing as we have stayed here before on a few occasions so we know exactly what the view should actually look like. Breakfast was great and the attendants were amazing. We would stay again but would need to be sure to be specific that we get the view we paid for.
