The Staff helped me understand charges and how to take advantage of some of benefits i got for using my AMEX. The staff was friendly and aware. This was during during the World Cup and just after NY Knicks won the Championship. We felt safe and really enjoyed our stay. The room was big enough for the four of us. Was right about the Grand Central Station, VERY convenient for using the subway!!! Will stay here again, if we return."
