"Extremely disappointed with the stay at this property. When we arrived we checked in and were told by the front desk agent breakfast would be 6-10:30. We walked over to breakfast at 9:30 and we were rudely told it ended at 9. Along with the we also paid for a shuttle to our cruise port and again were told it was leaving at 11:30. When we arrived to the front at 11 it almost was leaving without us. Our room door didn’t lock properly. Pool was locked without notice and we were not allowed to use it. Hotel looks NOTHING like the pictures. Nothing is walkable in the area you have to take an uber. Pay extra for a better hotel."

"The hotel is very old. At night, we found cockroaches in the room. The breakfast doesn’t have many options. This is not a place I would choose again. Previous reviews did not help when deciding to stay here."
