We do like seaside . We have had the same complaint previous stays. We were asked to articulate this to someone . I don’t know who. We had mopped up water from the bathroom floor and the bedroom floor and when we picked up the towel, it was black dirty from the floor. We took pictures. We showed it to the clerk, and she told us to please make a report , so this is our report. We do like our stays at Beachside . But we do have this concern.

Front desk staff were super nice at check-in and out. We only stayed 2 nights and didn’t really need anything. However, the grout in the bathroom was black and gross looking. There was also long, black hair on our towels, in the floor and on some of the furniture. Hotel is in a great location though and the beds comfortable.

As always a great stay with Beachside! I love this resort and keep coming back! An excellent location in Cocoa Beach around attractions, the beach and great restaurants! There is even a restaurant in the hotel by the pool! The pool is amazing and close to all rooms. The rooms are comfortable, great in size and very clean. The parking is easy and lots of available spaces.
