This was the my last day of vacation and I was amazed at how well this motel was. From check in to out. Property was exactly as advertised. Clean and spacious room as well as property.

Lou at the front desk was awesome. The whole place was great but expensive for what we got. The room was ok but could have been cleaner. Fortunately we were tired and just wanted to get some sleep. The continental breakfast wasn’t great. All in all we had a good stay and I would stay there again but the price should reflect the value a little more.

The staff was great- very nice and helpful! The grounds were well taken care of and our stay comfortable…except the pull out couch, that was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was included and had many options and they kept everything fresh. Lots of stores and restaurants in walking distance was a plus.

The front desk person was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was not up to date as mentioned online. Online pictures were misleading as the room was very dark and didn't seem very clean in some areas. Definitely way overpriced. The beds were confortable enough but was worried about cleanliness. The sofabed was not comfortable at all for my son and barely found the bedding for it. Will not be going back.

I stayed four nights and five days at this hotel. During the entirety of my stay, my room was not cleaned one time. My husband and I had to ask the front desk three separate times for toilet paper and clean towels. Beds were never once touched or made. Conditions in the room were poor and dirty as well, especially in the bathroom. I will commend them for the pool and the movies, but we will not stay again.

It was an older building however everything was spotless. I was overly impressed with everything from breakfast to little extras supplied to our room. I will keep this as a favorite hotel when visiting Cocoa Beach.
