Dont stay here rooms are not clean the carpets are filthy and smelly. The staff have no clue on what they are doing. It was good when I stayed in 2024 but looks like management changed or something and its now terrible. Both times i stayed with my family but this time we had a very bad experience.

The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have a suite with separate living room. Breakfast was good with waffles and eggs and sausage. We had extremely noisy neighbors unfortunately. Also the carpet was badly in need of being replaced with some areas looking bleach stained.

The hot tube didn't get fixed today. It was 90% of the reason why I book this hotel. My mother and I spent 3 hours trying to figure out why no lights in our room aside from the hall and bathroom would turn on. The breakfast area floor hasn't been properly cleaned in some time. It's very sticky. The shower curtain is not meant for the shower bar. It slides down from the sides. Both sides and the water goes on the bathroom floor. Outside doors to the hotel do not lock.. This is a serious safety issue. I was able to enter any door without a key card. There's more. But this has been a truly depressing experience
