The room was nice and fairly large with an excellent rain shower head. Had an issue with the toilet when we arrived but it was fixed very quickly. Convenient location to the Plaza. We've stayed everywhere on the Plaza and this would rank in the upper 1/3 of places.

There was no continental breakfast offered. I paid for what I thought was breakfast meals for my stay. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and although they advertise a buffet there was none! Had to order breakfast from the restaurant and it was changed to my room so what did I pay for when I booked the room? Avoid this place like the plague!!!!"

We had a 30 min wait to be seated and there were so many tables available. All we wanted was the buffet but felt like we had to jump through a few hoops to get it when it should have been simpler."
