The only positive I can say is the used all their money to make the lobby/pool area to look amazing and should have saved some for the rest of the place like the rooms and air conditioning. We had to switch rooms 3 times because the air didn’t work. In the last room the knob for the shower was hard to turn on and the curtain rob was broke and the curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Customer service was terrible and not helpful at all.

Staff were friendly & responsive. Whole place, including rooms were musty smelling. Peeling paint in hallways & felt like we were in a basement in a room behind the main hotel. Good rating on comfort of the beds- my husband & I both slept well which rarely happens. Overall needs some updating & ventilation.

For a travel softbal werkend this room was exactly what we needed. The pool is in the middle of main lobby. Which makes it a little humid in the lobby but for our needs it worked great!

This hotel clearly use to be a nice moderately priced hotel. However it has not been well maintained. Very visible wear on doors and and paint throughout the property. Our room in particular the AC was not working and when the staff was informed there wasn't anything they could do because every room was full. Also our room felt weirdly empty in one corner where it seems like there should have been a desk or table that just wasn't there. The staff was polite and the breakfast was good and included.

This appears to be a very old hotel. There were some cosmetic problems, like a hole in the closet door, staples on the floor liner and the door security latch was bent. That being said, the hotel staff was very kind, put me in a quiet hallway, the room was very clean, the towels were fluffy and the bed was very comfortable. So, it is an old property, but I had a nice stay.

Place was an absolute dive. The smell of smoke and dirty overall an extremely dirty facility. Asked to switch rooms only to get moved to an even dirtier room. Left the hotel completely and moved to the holiday inn across the street. Staff was rude and unprofessional, barely could understand them. 0-10. Highly recommend someplace else!

What once was, is no more.

Hotel is dated. Cleanliness was lacking, room had a stale moldy smell. One of the main reason for choice of hotel was for the Bar and Grill, which was closed due to management change. Breakfast buffet was decent. It had the bones of a once really hotel, that has fallen into cheap management group. There was a giant puddle of water on walkway on fourth floor. I had spotted it and missed out on a great lawsuit opportunity. I would stay again for the price if Bar and Grill was reopened.

Definitely a mixed review here as this place seems to be in transition The room itself was clean for the most part, furniture was new and bed was comfortable and it included a small microwave and fridge that functioned well. However, the AC unit just blew lukewarm air no matter how low the thermostat was set, it never truly cooled the room and it was always humid in the room. The curtains were very dated with lots of small holes. The bathroom was VERY dated and in need of updating. The hallway rugs were dirty and water stained, the walls were newly painted but the doors and hardware were very run down. The main area was clean and well kept and it is clear that this was, at one time, a resort with amenities. there is a pool and hot tub in the main area so that makes the whole place smell a bit musty but all those areas look well maintained, albeit looked desolate: bar/restaurant and what appeared to be snack bar all permanently closed. They did have a complementary hot and cold breakfast and all of it would be described as mediocre. It was nice that it was included The oustide was run down, weeds everywhere along the hotel and throughout the many cracks/potholes in the parking lots. Overall, it was fine to have a place to just sleep but certainly not a hotel I wanted to spend any more time than that in.
