I did an early checkin because i had a surgical procedure that day and when i got into the room, the toilet woud not flush. I had to go to the lobby 3 times from the third floow while medicated. On the third trip and 3rd reminder to management, they apologized greatly and sent a maintenace person immediately to.fix the issue. I was happy.in the end but itntook a total of 3 gours to get it remedied and 2 reminders erverytime i had to go tonthe lobby tonuse the restroom.
