They can do Better, it smells so much in the lobby area. Complementary Breakfast has not much options and food and materials feel cheap quality. Environment is so noisy because you can hear everything from the lobby area in to the room. No coffee in the room and after the breakfast hours, it is so hard to find anything to eat and Coffee is no longer available after the breakfast hours.

Just ok.

Hotel overall was very noisy, did not get any rest. The counter host was super nice and got my late checkin going smoothly but the noise on the 3rd floor absolutely annoying, super aged room for the price.

Seriously Needs Updating

It was decent and clean. But the room needs updating and the bathroom. The shower was a problem to deal with. The nozzle was low and I had to bend to wash myself and hair. There also no place to hang your clothes. I also had a rough time sleeping. The mattress was horrible!!! It was so hard it felt like sleeping on concrete. So I don't think I'll be staying there again.

This is one of those get what you pay for situations. The shower would go from hot to cold to hot, the tv didn't work, the continental breakfast didn't have milk and just not good overall. Was like pulling teeth to get new towels. They allowed a big semi truck to part in front making it hard for cars to park, the rooms were very noisy could hear conversations outside door, the AC unit was a window unit that was very loud

The carpet was dirty in the hallways and smelled. Our room wasn’t. Leah. The sheets and towels had spots on them and pubic hair. There were lots of strange men walking around. Our keys stopped working too. Overall it felt dirty and gross

It's cheap in price but cheap in the overall feel of the place. Check-in took too much time with a faulty card reader, there was an excessive amount of pre-check-in procedure, and you had to copy a driver's license. The sounds from other rooms were unavoidable, and the interior was uncomfortable to see. The front desk person is a Gem!
