I had reserved handicapped accessible. Room definitely wasn’t that tub instead of shower with shower chair and the tub was so hard to get in/out that I almost fell getting out. My handicapped companion wasn’t able to take shower at all. Desk clerk had no response when I asked about handicapped accessible and also couldn’t provide me receipt when I checked out. I won’t stay there again.

Our room was disgusting. Sheets and pillow cases were filthy. They definitely hadn’t been changed in a while. Floor not swept. Bathroom was the same. We won’t be going back.
