"Everything from the beginning was great, the emails to check in to the staff all throughout the trip. Only delay was one machine that was not working, took a little bit longer than expected to find someone to help, but all in all a great stay! Oh yeah didn’t win anything but you can’t be that lucky lol"

"We had a nice stay and had everything we needed, except for maybe a microwave in the room. That would be a nice amenity to have, simply to warm up leftovers that we take back to our room from the restaurants. The main building has dated rooms, but they were clean. If we return, we would like to stay in sky tower to see if the rooms are more updated/modern. The arcade is fantastic and was a great way to keep our kiddos entertained!! We had a great time in Reno and the staff at circus circus were very friendly and accommodating."
