"Our experience was wonderful! Location was absolutely perfect, and there was so much to do! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our air conditioning upon arrival and they jumped in to action to resolve it. The property was stunning, beautifully decorated, and very clean! We can’t wait to come back."

"Really nice and clean hotel especially for the price. The Innside restaurant was absolutely amazing proper Mom and Pop shop that has been in Chattanooga for over 30 years. Now the cons- the receptionist had a passive aggressive attitude, and at night many people were outside our door making lot's of noise and finally our room also was tricky to get in as the card sometimes straight up refused to work. However, the room was exceptional, and the diner was wholesome. I will come back to the restaurant but I rather stay closer to the aquarium that has friendlier staff and quieter rooms."
