The couch was worn and dirty. There are not many restaurants near. I got charged extra for something. Not sure what charge is for. Rooms window was facing a wall. Asked if we could move to room with a window with a view. Not able to. Small Styrofoam cups for coffee. Breakfast was basic.

We had stayed at this hotel on the leg of our trip with no problems. This time, we were in a different room (402). The shower lever didn't work and kept moving on it's own changing the water temp. The tub had a large spot where the coating was gone and it was rusting. The hair dryer didn't work. I called the front desk and they made me come down to get it. When I plugged the replacement hair dryer into the outlet, it caused a huge spark and immediately burned out. I called the front desk again and this time, the person agreed to bring it up to me but forgot to ask my room number. Finally we went and got it ourselves. Last, the fridge did not get cold even though I made sure it was on the coldest setting. This room needs to be updated.

Hotel was clean, room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, so can't comment on that. I did use the fitness room and it was very nice! I appreciated having my own coffee maker in the room and used it daily. My room was very, very loud due to the proximity to the interstate. If you are a light sleeper or seeking peace and quiet, you'll want to pass on this property.

Great location, very clean

The only complaint I have is that the refrigerator does not work. Also, the fact that it was placed next to the dresser/entertainment cabinet, it made it a little awkward to walk around (especially in the middle of the night). It needs to be put into the cabinet after it is fixed or replaced

Easy to access and good parking. Check in clerk was okay. WiFi and streaming services were easy to use. HATE that they give you 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels but only 1 washcloth! Why??? Showers are a little tricky. Complimentary breakfast is pretty awful. Really cheap quality of products. Second time we’ve stayed here and first time we thought the gravy was rancid but was told that’s how it normally tastes. Didn’t dare touch it this time. Only flavor yogurt was peach, nothing else. Pancake machine appeared to be plugged in but no mix in sight. Coffee was yuck. Don’t plan on eating there.
