We had a suite room which included two beds and a pullout sofa bed. This room had a great view of the river and aquarium. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable. There is a fee for the parking in the garage and for data. The only negative things were no microwave in the room (for our leftovers) and no exhaust fan in the shower. Our stay was great without those two items.

Great property! Across from the aquarium and IMAX theater. Beautiful riverfront, lots of dining options within walking distance. Staff at the hotel were very friendly. Clean, spacious room. We had a great time!

My only issue was we had booked for a double bed room and got put in a single bed room was told they would knock half off the first night and move us the next day they didn’t move us so we were kinda cramped the whole time the hotel is very convenient to be able to walk everything and nothing else was bad

Quick Overnight Stay
Stayed overnight. Check in was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Location is wonderful! Within walking distance to a lot of attractions and the Carta station is right next door. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was firm and not comfortable to me as I prefer a softer bed. The pillows were fabulous! The water pressure was a little less than I prefer, but it got good and hot! The indoor pool is nice, a little small and of course the chlorine smell is over powering, but it was perfect for a quick swim for our boy!! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel!!

Could have been better.
The hotel could use updating. Rather in the rundown side which is not what the intranet showed. Caught some unexplained charges on my credit card when pointed out to the staff were taken care of. Wonder what would have happened if i hD not been paying attention. The staff were polite. No real food available on sight. Limited hours of service for coffee or food.
