The room was very nice however we had no wash clothes and our bathroom door did not close as piece on the door frame was missing so the door was open all the time.

Great place, nice staff, lovely rooms

Everything was great! The room was clean, and you the bathroom was lovely. The staff was accommodating and kind, especially the front desk lady over the weekend. The breakfast in the morning was good, and the lady who put it together did a great job. Our only complaint was the sink in the bathroom was clogged in some way (the water wouldnt drain for HOURS) and it was not ever fully addressed during our stay. But it was a minimal problem.

The lobby was clean and the staff were friendly. The outside of the property was noticeably run down compared to the surrounding hotels. The room was newly remodeled and quite nice. However, the bedspread and some of the towels had stains. They appeared to be clean, but because of the stains it was hard to be comfortable in the room. The entrance to the room was from outside rather than an interior type hotel. The door was secured by deadbolt, but it did not completely fit the frame, so there was a slight gap between the door and frame. The weather was good, so I didn’t have to worry about extreme cold or heat regarding the slight gap. I did sleep with a light on due to the gap and concerns regarding security since I traveled alone for this trip.

Overnight trip

Nice clean room for a quick overnight on our way to Florida. Nice shower and modern conveniences. Bed could be a little softer. Breakfast was excellent!

Prime location but a little dirty.

It’s in a prime location. The breakfast was decent. Our only issue is that we had to switch rooms twice due to everything being used/dirty in one room, horrible smoke smell in the second room and when we finally got into the third room, we were too tired to complain. The man at the front desk was understanding and continued until we were satisfied.

I had never heard of serenity stat before staying here, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Overall, happy with our stay!! The room was very clean, modern with great lighting and decorations. Loved it. Breakfast was not good but wasn't expecting much, stuck with juice only ;) Staff was okay; property was in a VERY busy area, so be prepared to hear traffic and other noises.
