"The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained. The room was serviced almost every day, but housekeeping seemed to do only the basics, such as making the bed. I did not notice that supplies or amenities were consistently replenished when they ran low. As for the casino, I heard many guests commenting that the slot machines rarely paid out. While I understand that gambling is based on luck, the overall perception among many people I spoke with was that the machines were not very rewarding. Overall, the property was clean, but there is room for improvement in housekeeping attention to detail and in the overall casino experience."
