WiFi was terrible or didn’t work. AC barely worked. Room didn’t smell or look great. Cheapest amenities possible. Little lumps of pillows. They charged additional fees while checking in. I would not recommend.

Overall I had a great stay! The only thing I noticed was that sometimes the room would be kinda damp even though I had the air running the whole time. Even the pillows and bedding felt damp at times.

The hotel is hip. Nice staff. Really really uncomfortable beds—hard as a rock -2nd time I’ve tried —the air conditioning wouldn’t go lower than 80! Hot as heck.

The front desk staff has such a bad attitude. We had to go downstairs to get towels at 10:00 pm because we arrived late because of the very long drive. We went back down to ask for rags and with a very rude face the front desk associate said "i gave you what I have". I did see another lady with a towel on the elevator so they may require you to go downstairs for that but I still find that super inconvenient but disregard that complaint if that is what they require for the customers. The worst part was Our AC was set at 69 but it was close to 87 degrees. The AC is probably broke in room 400. It was so incredibly hot. 🙁 So glad to be home to finally get some sleep. My whole family was up all night. It was rough. The facility downstairs was such a nice vibe! The outdoor and indoor seating was great and close to many different stores, shops, and restaurants

We had a lovely stay! I will definitely return to the Generator Hotel. The room was clean with a nice view. We enjoyed the cafe and restaurant in the lobby, and the pool and outdoor seating area is wonderful. The hotel location was perfect and in a safe area. The only negative was a lack of TV channels (especially for the kids).

Though now typical, few amenities [coffee] in room,....no cofee...breakfast menu high cost and limited....though clean room and help very nice. Could have opted hotel outside the city then would have to drive in. Must be more restaurants closer to hotel. Like a fly caught in a web must patronize what is in hotel. Altogether ok for one night. Nice view!

Air conditioning in room only worked once in a while otherwise blew out hot air. It was 90 degrees out. Told front desk twice and nothing was done. The queen bed is two beds side by side with a big bump in the middle. Don’t recommend. And they charged me extra fees for their pool and “gym” that weren’t disclosed.
