Lake Tahoe - Beautiful West Shore Retreat@Sunnyside

Summer booking start now! This Westshore executive home sits on a wooded corner lot in a residential neighborhood, within a mile of Tahoe Park Beach, Sunnyside Resort or the Truckee River. In June, July and August we include access to our private lakefront HOA beach at Tahoe Park and is available to reserve tables during the summer months. The beach park provides access to ther beach, two piers, plenty of tables and BBQs and the main attraction, the beautiful water of Lake Tahoe.

In Winter, our home is perfect for skiers, within a fifteen minute drive to three North Shore ski resorts (Homewood, Palisades & Northstar )

Spend your time at the Lake, not stuck in traffic! No matter if you enjoy the winter or summer, your family will love our home.We are within a mile of Tahoe City, Sunnyside resort, Two Markets (West Shore Cafe and Tahoe House), the Shadyside Lounge and Firesign Cafe.

The house is perfect for two families, with separate spaces downstairs and upstairs, each with two bedrooms and a full bath. The downstairs living room is open to the kitchen, which is well appointed with new stainless appliances. In the hallway closet is a washer and dryer.

The house has one bay of the garage available to you, the other bay is used for our storage. In winter, the driveway is plowed by our service, making it easy to get in and out on snowy days.

Our home has heated tile floors in the large mudroom including a half bath, leading to the back door and walkway to the large gas bbq and hot tub. The new hot tub is serviced before every guest and available year round. There are plenty of hooks for towels and suits. The house has both furnace heating and two modern gas fireplaces, one on each level.

Our home has custom wood floors on both levels, except for the upstairs bedrooms. The media room upstairs has a large TV for streaming shows and digital music. Have an incredibly stress free stay and enjoy our second home!
