Felt the room rates were high for the amenities offered, the rooms still had all the old hard rock pictures in halways and in rooms. No fridge or microwaves were offered. There were alot of renovations happening which created a tight, hot gaming area which made it uncomfortable. The AC in the room did not function correctly. Also an older gentlemen on the bar staff was rude.

We walked in on a room with a commode that wasn’t flushed ! TV can’t be turned ON and when I tried to call front desk , got auto transferred to Room service like 6x but kept disconnecting at the end of the calls. Looks like TV remote control Has dead batteries !!!
