The hot tub was broken, the fire alarm or carbon monoxide alarm went off twice at around 2am waking everyone in the room up, and the neighbors kept slamming doors early in the morning. Very disappointing stay.

This hotel is in serious need of maintenance and upkeep. As soon as we stepped off the elevator, we noticed broken hallway lights, which immediately gave a poor first impression. Unfortunately, the room itself was no better, it was dirty and clearly in need of repairs. We took several photos documenting the condition of the property, including light fixtures coming off the walls and a visibly dirty air filter. To make matters worse, my husband experienced an allergic reaction during our stay, which made the situation even more concerning. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience.

One front desk person for check in and out. They NEVER answer the phone so you have to go to the front desk if you have a question or need something. Restaurant closed down hours earlier than scheduled. Pool and hot tub closed for maintenance for days. Rooms are gross. Water drips from windows constantly and covered in mildew. Air filter was black and caked in debris. My daughter asked if that was snow in everything (it’s layers of dust.) Coffee maker, ice bucket , tray and tissue box cover had sticky crap and dirt. Hairs on counter. Nasty

We plan this trip for our kids and one of the reasons we pick this hotel is because of the indoor pool. When we got there, their indoor pool was out of service and we still got charged resort fee. The room was not clean, no toilet paper supplied, shower was not clean properly. Customer service was severely lacking.

It took 45 mins to get checked in twice on two separate days during our visit. The manager Rosalia charged us full price and for the inconvenience would not refund our $20 parking fee. She threatened to cancel our room because of our complaints- after waiting that long she said that’s the only other option she could do. We have been in several hotels in Tahoe this was the rudest accommodation we have ever had with the longest check in time. Very displeased with the service. The managers name is Rosalia C.

During our stay at the hotel, we experienced significant issues with housekeeping service. We called the front desk on several occasions to request room service, and it was not until three days later that the service was finally provided. When housekeeping came to the room, the service was incomplete. They only changed the towels and did not properly clean the bathroom or the rest of the room. We expected a much higher standard of service and are very disappointed with this experience. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and let us know what actions will be taken to address it.
