Awesome place!

Loved the house, lots of space, great little pool to relax in, short drive to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, etc. Easy area to go for a morning jog with nearby parks and sidewalks everywhere. Owner texted to see if we were ok during a big storm and let me know where a lantern was if we needed it, and said he’d contact the power company if we lost power (luckily we didn’t). Very happy with where we stayed and will definitely stay again if I’m back in the area!

Quiet, relaxing, fun

We really enjoyed this property. Lots of space, kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Kids played pool about every day. The screened in outdoor space was especially nice. We ate out there several times and enjoyed the swimming pool. We always enjoy a good hot tub and this one is a good size and very relaxing. We were mainly there to hit the beach so the chairs, cart and umbrella were such a nice bonus. Also, the neighborhood was so quiet. The step down to the living room as mentioned in other reviews does take a bit to get used to, so just be aware of that, but that's really the only con to this amazing place.

We loved the layout of the home, pool and hot tub and lots of patio seating for lounging both with shade and with sun. Was perfect for us. Very clean too! High chair, pack n play and ocean/beach gear was helpful for us.

Fun time in Clearwater with friends!

Great location. House had lots to offer. Only recommendation I would make is to offer an option for heated pool. The days were warm in the sun by chilly in the evening. There is a hot tub which is a nice option but we did not use it. Kitchen was very nice had lots of amenities. Including a ninja blender! It’s an older home but was very nice.

Peace and quiet

Being from the area originally i expected more traffix noises at night ect. I was sitting outside one night and realized it was silent. Taking the trash out one night the neighbors dog started barking but quickly stopped. I had my sister amd her family over one night for dinner and pool and it was nice to be able to not have to go anywhere we had everything we needed. Great property! Would love to stay again

Comfortable house convenient location

If you're able-bodied this is the perfect place to stay. Clean, convenient location, responsive management. We had TV issues which pretty much got resolved within an hour. Nice layout with fun stuff to do it it rains. (Only rained one day while we were there for the week). Only caution would be somewhat hazardous floors due to layout of floors of house which have some odd transitions in several places that can catch you by surprise, so wouldn't recommend for elderly. Other than that... perfect place with gracious hosts!
