This home sits on the edge of a cul de sac in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very clean and our eighteen family members slept beautifully on the high quality mattresses/linens. The views from the back of the house and the rooftop patio are spectacular! We enjoyed watching two pods of dolphins frolicking in front of the dock every morning and evening. The common areas comfortably seated our very large group and we could gather all together. There are televisions in every room and ample places for those who need a quiet space. There is a pool table adjacent to the dining area that was a favorite spot for our group to entertain themselves throughout the day. The garage is a perfect game room, with a couch, TV, ping pong table, electric darts and board games. The weather was too cold and windy for us to use the pool/spa, but they are both large and would be wonderful options for a group. There are two things I think are important to note if you are a large group: the home has only single kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher) and the dinnerware/ silverware are enough for only one sitting. A second refrigerator and more dinnerware would improve what is already a very comfortable, beautifully-located property.
