Please note that there is not a grill at the cabin due to the potential for wildfire danger.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
We provide a starter set of soaps, shampoo, dish detergent, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. This starter set is not designed to last your entire stay. Depending on the length of your stay and size of your group you may need to bring or purchase extras.

A drip coffee pot and Keurig is provided. Bring your own coffee/filters/cream/sugar.

Guests have full access to the entire cabin. There is a keypad door lock on the front door. You will receive your private code approximately 24 hours before check-in.

The cabin is located within Little Valley Mountain Resort, however, as owners who privately rent our cabin we do not have access to resort amenities.

All roads leading to the cabin are paved. There is parking for 2 medium vehicles or 1 large vehicle in the cabin driveway - if you have more let me know upon booking so I can tell you where to park. The driveway itself is relatively flat. The last 500 feet of the road up to the cabin is steep, but it's nothing a regular car can't handle during normal driving conditions.

- 2 small/medium vehicles or 1 large vehicle MAX at cabin - if you have more vehicles please let me know so I can tell you where to park.
- All guests must be 21+ with the exception of children with their parents.
- 8 person maximum, including children and infants .
- No smoking or vaping.
- No pets. If you bring a pet you will be charged $300.
- The fireplace is shut down from April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.
- Use of the hot tub is at your own risk.
- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage.
- Critters live in the woods. We subscribe to monthly pest control, however this cabin is in the woods and with that comes bugs and other wild animals including bears and racoons. Do not feed any wild animals and do not leave any food outdoors.
- The roof is metal. If a squirrel scurries across the metal roof you might hear it. If it rains you are definitely going to hear it.
- All roads leading to the cabin are paved, however the last 500 feet to reach the cabin is moderately steep and can get slippery during inclement weather. For this reason, consider a 4-wheel drive vehicle if traveling during the winter.

Great getaway for a few days.

This was the perfect cabin for a few days away. It wasn't a bad drive to get to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. The 2 bathrooms were perfect and they had great water flow with plenty of hot water. The hot tub was a nice addition after a long day and the big kitchen was amazing since we cooked so many meals there during our stay. Parking 2 cars was a little tricky, but everything else went exactly as we had expected. Thanks for everything!

Great stay at a great cabin!

This property was just what we needed for a family get away! Our entire family enjoyed our stay. Only minutes from ALL the activities that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer, it was homey and comfortable. This cabin provided the rustic experience you want from the Smokey Mountains and gave us all we needed.

Amazing

This cabin was perfect for my family. We have 2 teenage kids and my parents went with us. The beds are great, having a dishwasher was amazing as well. The neighborhood was great. The first night we came in there was a really bad storm. The office came up to check on us and make sure everything was ok. We did lose power but it didnt stop us from playing in town while it was being fixed. Everyone was super nice. The host Amy was amazing. She sent me all her local favorite places to eat and things her family loves to do when they are in town. She responded very quickly to any questions I had. All in all this cabin was amazing. If we come back to the smokies anytime soon we will be staying here. Thank you Amy for an amazing stay!!!

Family Vacation

This cabin is in a great location. It is a 10 to 15 minute drive from the Parkway, so far enough away for quiet time at the cabin and close enough to experience the fun. The cabin was very clean and had plenty of room. Parking is very tight and really for only one car, not sure how you could fit 2. We had to pull in and backing out on to the small camp road was a little difficult too. This did not hinder our enjoyment of our stay though. Host was easy to get in contact with and was helpful with suggestions of things to do. One thing you should know is don't feed the wildlife. There are a couple of raccoons that make using the back deck after dark difficult. Hopefully they will get scared and not come back. This is not the owners fault and we would still recommend the cabin.

Cabin sleep-over

For my daughter’s 14th birthday, she wanted an experience instead of material things, so we took four of her friends and slept over on Friday night before heading for a fun Saturday in Pigeon Forge. This cabin is very secluded and remote, and yet in ten minutes, you’re in downtown Pigeon Forge. The backroads were quite dicey and slow going to get there. Glad we left before dark or I wouldn’t have felt comfortable driving there. But the process was easy for check in and out. The cabin was clean and well decorated and well signed with the WiFi password and rules for check out and clean up. There was a lot more beds than I realized as the bunk bed had a double on the bottom, and the couch had a pull out should we have needed it. We had a porch critter who was around all night. We called him our mascot. It appears he’d been fed before as he was not rabid looking but rather docile. The hottub took a while to warm up upon our arrival, but we realize it was cleaned before our arrival so that was okay. A great, relaxing getaway and beautiful home. I’d stay again. Not much room for parking and dicey backing out of the driveway so wouldn’t recommend coming or going after dark.

Great little home

We enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy. Property clean and lovely. Nice hot tub and porch. The only complaint we had was the driveway as it was a tight fit for two vehicles. However, talked to the owners and they said they were looking into fixing parking. They were very kind. The extra parking lot was a little ways down the steep hill, so you would have to carpool. It is a mountain road, but that was no problem since we are from WV. Nice area and easy access to Wears Valley. We would stay here again.
