Exceptional service. Rooms were very clean and staff was more than accommodating. Beds were really soft which was a little hard for me, but that’s on me due to a previous back surgery. We didn’t get a chance to eat at the breakfast buffet but it smelled good. Will definitely stay again

It is an older motel that has been updated, but is right on the water, so only so much to be done to keep it nice. Beds were comfortable and the location was great.

Photographs on the internet website were nice. Staff was friendly, I can't really say anything positive about the property. Anytime you have to buy your own linens, should tell you about the experience. Cleanliness was a real issue.

"Nice place very close to Rockport Beach. You can easily walk to the beach. It was also very quiet. Just two things of note. WiFi is pretty slow and it doesn’t have beach gear so be sure to bring your own towels, umbrellas etc. other than that great stay."
