They advertise having a kitchenette, which they do, but they do not provide any cooking or eating utensils. Also, make sure the water is turned on to the bathroom when you check in. It's cheap, but be prepared,it's rugged. No onsite staff, but they were responsive when we checked in, and when asked for a refund for the remaining four nights I had booked. Not a place I would recommend. One of the worst nights in a hotel/motel I have ever experienced.

While I did enjoy having a kitchen area, there were no pots, pans or dishes included. This wasn't a big deal for me as all I used was the microwave and the refrigerator. Both were is good working order. I felt safe on the property and enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

It was nice and comfortable. They had a washer and dryer to use if you needed to. The only complaint that I have, was that the floors were dirty upon arrival. I was walking barefoot in the room after a shower and my feet were dirty from the floor. I could tell they didn’t sweep or mop. Other than that, the stay was well worth it.

Staff has always been courteous. Room is just what is needed. No thrills but agreat price right in walking distance to downtown shops and art museum.

Dirty floor ( live and dead bugs) dirty toilet, broken fridge, had to change rooms 3x and out of desperation to get out of a storm stayed one night out of the two. We have stayed here many times and it was normally a good deal, not fancy but clean. The manager was friendly but no refund was offered for the night we didn't stay. After this experience we will not be back. Our 5 star rating went down to 2. Only gave 2 because of the friendliness

Front desk attendant was nice , but the room conditions were horrible i understand the saying you get what you pay for, but man the towels had stains on them they were rusty and dirty. Sheets weren’t even white they were dingy with stains, floors had not been swept or mopped for who knows how long, there was old food in the mini fridge as well,restroom had hairs on floor plus a dead roach. I mean basic cleanliness was non existent.

The shower was wonderful, up to date and nice shower head. The lady who checked us in and brought the sheet and extra coffee packets was wonderful! I didn't like having to request a fitted sheet and put it on ourselves. The ice machine was not working and there is nothing in the kitchen, not even a pot or cookie sheet, no use in having the kitchenette. Dead bugs on the floor, but at least they were dead! Towels were very rough on the skin!

The staff was awesome! From the time we checked in to the gentleman that cleaned our room…...completely professional. Very friendly and if you needed anything, just ask! They provided us with anything that we needed. May not be the prettiest but the staff was absolutely the best!!!!!! Clean beds, towels and sheets! Thank you Harbour Inn.
