We liked the breakfast and the pool was nice (but small). We were unimpressed with the cleanliness of the bathroom in our room, there was hair and sand on the floor. The AC stopped working and leaked water on our floor the 2nd night.

The app advertised it almost like a resort with a game room, breakfast, kitchenette, and pool. The photos are much brighter online than they are in person. Booked 1 night stay during sandfest so I expected a price hike but $300 for one night and the next day dropped to $45 is a bit much considering it was a dirty, stinky, moldy room with a clogged sink, a missing smoke alarm, a damaged ac unit and cracking chairs. We stayed long enough to sleep on top of the sheets with our clothes on and reported the safety concerns which we met with indifference from the staff.

Kind of sketchy
The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was spacious but I would not stay here again. There was obvious damage done by someone's pet yet the hotel did not fix it even though they take deposits specifically for damages. The walls are paper thin and I could hear every thing above me and beside me. The parking lot sometimes had sketchy people hanging out and at one point the cops were outside dealing with something. Just overall did not feel like a good vibe.

Staff was hospitable. The room was pretty small. And they offer Continental breakfast w the room however they didnt have much. Their drink machine that serves orange juice and apple juice and so on was broken, just coffee and milk, they didnt have much of continental breakfast. They need to be more stocked or have other options to drink if ur going to offer that breakfast with the stay.

Amazing pool area. Unfortunately, the rooms are not maintained as well as the outside. AC was cold. There was debris on the floor as if it wasn't thoroughly swept or vacuumed. The linens had an orange stain. There was "small" hairs on the soap dish in the shower. Saw 1 large German roach in the bathroom as we were packing up to check out. Breakfast included waffles, yogurt, bagels, oatmeal and cereal
