There is plenty of room for the whole group, as this home boasts a great layout with incredible oceanfront views and sunsets through the floor to ceiling windows. This paradise boasts high ceilings, a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and extra entertainment options like a private pool table, foosball, and a gaming system. Up to 11 guests can be spoiled by the five spacious bedrooms offering three king-sized beds, one queen, three twins, and two futons perfect for accommodating the whole family! Outside you will find a private gas grill for BBQs with an outdoor dining area that is just a few steps away from the beach. After watching the sun dip below the horizon, head inside for a movie night with the whole family or take some time for yourself and soak in the jetted tub in the master bathroom.

Mothers day

There was 9 of us ranging in age from 5-75. The house is very well stocked. Everyone put together 5 of the puzzles that were provided. Short walk to beach down path but for me was a little hard because it is a sand dune that kept giving way while I tried to climb up. LOL. Kids flew kites and cooked smores. Best Mothers Day that I can remember for me. We will stay again soon.

Fabulous!

This house definitely deserves 5/5. It was immaculate upon arrival. The check-in process was a breeze. The company kept in constant contact and was very attentive. They even contacted us to say we could have early check-in. We didn't even ask! The location is superb--close to town and right on the beach. The house is exacting like the photos shown in the advertising. We plan to stay here again.

Thanksgiving 2023

WE had a wonderful time. The kids especially enjoyed the game room. Personally, I loved the view, sunrises and sunsets. The weather was perfect and I know that is not always possible at the beach. Very spacious and comfortable. The availability via text was marvelous and quick responses to get my questions answered. We will definitely be back. Hopefully, in 2024!!!!

This was an amazing place. The location right on the beach and just a short walk to Rockaway businesses was great. The house was clean and ready for us. The foosball and pool tables were awesome for things to do in the evenings as a family after it was dark!

Amazing family weekend at Rockaway Beach!

House was fantastic for our group of 9. Plenty of room, great views of the ocean. Proximity to the beach was a huge plus for us. Large family room game room upstairs is really cool! We all loved it!

Perfect Home on the Beach

The view from the deck and living room are magnificent. The sand to the surf starts as soon as you step off the deck. Everything exactly like pictures. Well themed and interesting history of owners.
