Welcome to our newly remodeled mid-century inspired home, open and light, with plenty of lounge areas and fun saltwater pool. Experience the warm vibes the moment you step in. Every room has access to the patio & pool. Amazing views of San Jacinto mountains, minutes from downtown Palm Springs, great hiking trails, family friendly park and fine dining. Near Rancho Mirage, Coachella, and Palm Desert.

The space
Enjoy our spacious open living area with vaulted ceilings, private back yard with saltwater swimming pool (extra charge for heating the pool), BBQ, and PLENTY of outdoor seating. A fully equipped kitchen is all set for you to feel right at home. Plus you'll have A VERY private lounging area complete with "grass", citrus trees, and AN OUTDOOR SHOWER on the side of the house.

Casa de Nueva Vista (City ID# of 3013) comfortably sleeps 6 in bedrooms, or you can enjoy a sofa beds in the living room for one extra guest. All linens and towels are furnished, including beach towels for the pool. Plenty of parking in the driveway and neighborhood.

Per Palm Springs Policy, bookings need to be completed by people 25yr or older and provide proper ID.

Do not waste your money on pool warming up fee. Not gonna happen

It was potentially a great weekend which would include relaxing in a 86 degree pool. We paid the extra fee and when we arrived 330 it wasn’t even close I respectfully explained the situation, requested a refund only for the 140.00 fee although It soured the rest of the weekend. I was told no.
