The properties' modernized kitchen provides new modern granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances. This villa also includes a private BBQ with a covered patio and a two-car garage. You are walking Distance to the Community Pool. The property is across the street from the 18th fairway of the Arnold Palmer golf course.

Needs better web description

The owners of this Condo have a cat and this caused allergies and issues for my wife. It needs to be noted ON THE WEB DESCRIPTION as this can be a very serious issue

Beautiful & peaceful

Loved the condo, neighbors friendly, lots of areas to walk. It is, however a ‘members only’ for golf, tennis, restaurant, etc. We liked it enough to re-rent next year.
