The room was significantly lacking. The carpet had a faint smell of smoke, the sheets were stained, the towels course and the bathtub wasn’t clean- I had to buy cleaning supplies to do it myself. The staff however were excellent, the restaurants and bar on site had great food and drinks. If it weren’t for the room itself, this would have been an excellent stay.

The room was clean, and the location was prime. There was a restaurant and a store on site. The McDonald's, Denny's, and IHOP are within walking distance. The complimentary bus transportation to the parks at the hotel lobby was excellent and a plus. As well as the local city bus transportation was within walking distance and very convenient.

The Hotel is friendly and in a convenient location with a lot you can walk to and explore. Free shuttle to Universal Parks. Brilliant value for money. It needs updating but has a certain charm nonetheless.

PRUDENCE

Dingy room. Staff was inattentive. Breakfast in hotel restaurant tasted like processed food warmed up. On morning we were leaving, a cockroach ran across bathroom sink. I used my phone flashlight to shine in the back of microwave cabinet where it ran to find more bugs!! I told the front desk when I checked out and they didn’t seem surprised at all! GROSS
