They don’t clean the room every day, they don’t charge your sheets every day, they don’t clean the toilet, after 4 nights they said. My son had an accident and I called to let them know, and they did changed the sheets that night. The room smells bad, very outdated. Not coming back

Room was old outdated the staff didnt seem to happy to be there. The parking fills up so fast and when i have to pay to park it would be nice to have a spot to come back to at night. The housekeeping staff rushed me to check out 30 mins prior to my check out.

Room, cleanliness, amenities were all below standard even for the price point. Door issues that required yanking on the door to turn the handle with zero resolution, just instruction on how to use it as is. Dirty toilet seat upon check in, significant amount of bugs in the room.
