The studio room we had was clean and adequate but really needs an update . Great value but had we paid more it would have been disappointing. The bathroom facilities are part of the main bedroom (not the loo) and there is huge bath in the middle of the room to navigate . Staff helpful , pool great

Great Hotel

This was more like a condo. Small cozy room with a jacuzzi right in the middle of it. Came in handy after a day at Disney, which is also conveniently located close to the parks. Very clean and would stay again, highly recommend!

Our stay was decent. The only drawback was that we ran out of body wash soap and when I tried asking the cleaning lady for more soap she did not speak English, so our interaction was kind of awkward. Aside from that, the staff was friendly, the pool and other amenities were great!

Volcano Pool

Under renevation and elevators were out. They did have someone help me with my bags up and down the stairs. Suite was great. My granddaughter and i loved the volcano pool. Will definitely stay on next visit to Disney.

Cute little timeshare community

We were surprised that we were staying in a time share there could have been better directions at check in. We drove into a gated community. The room was nice and clean and the amenities were nice. The room was dated and had a tub and shower in the middle of the room and the toilet was in a closet. It was weird but the room was nice. Very quiet and lovely staff. We were just looking for a night stay before traveling south.
