Nice rooms but the main door to the room had a huge gap so you could hear everything outside the room. Pool staff were friendly one day and ignored you the next. Same with valet. They would congregate at the desk so you had no idea if you waited for them to hand off the key or vice versa. I made a complaint about valet as one of the drivers came close to running over my grandson in a golf cart. My grandson was right next to my car at the time. That was ignored. My second call, the customer service manager was more responsive to my concerns.

There was a glitch with my usual hotel I stay at in Orlando, so I was desperate to find one last minute, as I was already in the city. They were very sweet and accommodating, and the room was huge and beautiful. The price was half what Iwould've paid at a lower-level chain hotel.
