Upon walking into the room, the room had a musty smell. There was food crumbs all over the couch, the couch had lots of stains. The carpet looked old. The beds were not comfortable. Had to wait 15min to check out with only one person ahead of me with two front desk agents, no acknowledgement was made, they attended to a customer that cut right in front of me without saying a word. Finally when I was able to finally check out it took multiple agents to print a receipt. We will not stay there again.

Mixed experience

Mixed experience here. On the plus side, the room was spacious and had a small fridge that came in handy for snacks and keeping water cold. And despite being more of a family-friendly hotel, it was impressively quiet at night – something I really appreciated. The biggest win for me was that they allowed an early check-in (like six hours early!), which was hugely accommodating. That kind of flexibility isn’t always guaranteed, so it definitely stood out in a positive way. That said, there were a few downsides. The room didn’t feel especially clean (though not obviously dirty). The beds weren’t comfortable, the towels were small and scratchy, and the in-room coffeemaker was basically unusable. All in all, the early check-in and spacious, quiet room helped balance things out, but there’s definitely room for improvement in the comfort and cleanliness departments.

Nice hotel away from the main Disney areas but close enough to get a shuttle. Good value for the money. Room was clean, comfortable and good size for the family. Great atmosphere and food options open late. Huge dining area for breakfast!

A weekend away

My wife and I decided to take a weekend away near the Orlando attractions before a couple of I tense weeks ahead. The Buena Vista Suites were very welcoming and check in was smooth. While I understand it was Spring Break, getting to sleep at night was a challenge. The family staying right above us had some active kids who decided running was a good thing to do in the room late at night. The pounding was heard and felt from below. Other visitors also do not get the fact that letting the door slam disrupts other travelers. One last item--it was unfortunate that one of the elevators did not work which resulted in lines for the ones that did. Breakfast was ok but the lines were a bit discouraging. Please make sure all the coffee stations have Sweet and Low as well as Equal.

Liked: Good location. Fast and quiet elevators. Breakfast was solid. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room set up is different, but nice with sink outside of bathroom. Two tvs - one in bedroom and one in living area. Disliked-Too cold in common areas. Lacks coffee in the lobby before Breakfast times, unless you spend 4.00 from a fancy machine. Shower pressure a bit low on 6th floor. Overall a pleasant stay.
