Sebastian is one of those rare oceanfront homes families return to year after year. The back deck sits right on the sand—no road to cross, no dunes in the way—just wide-open ocean and the sound of waves. This true oceanfront 6BR/6.5BA home sleeps up to 24, with every bedroom offering two queen beds, a private bath, and its own oceanfront balcony. Inside are two living areas, a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and Keurig, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a separate laundry room. Outside, enjoy a private oceanfront pool, large sundeck, and beach shower. Non-smoking, no pets, no parties. Covered parking for up to six cars.

Everyone loved this place. Just as pictured, spacious, with excellent view, pool, amenities. A storm effected the hot water heater and someone from the reality company came out immediately and resolved the issue. Couldn't have been happier with the entire experience.
