HORRIBLE
This had to be one of the nastiest places I've ever rented. I wish it would allow pictures, but it was just plain dirty. Since we had to provide our own bedding we had to pull the beds out from the wall to do so. Once we did...OMG...there was feces (hopefully from an animal and not a human) behind the headboard, food from the last guest behind the bed in the kid's room and the floors had sand and dirt from not being vacuumed. The kitchen was so disgusting I refused to cook in it and the refrigerators were old and rusted with brown residue leaking inside of both. We used our cooler instead. We called Elliott Rentals and waited 30 mins on hold to report the issue! They sent one poor lady over to clean the entire unit again. Welp, she forgot to clean the poop and was rushing to half clean everything else. I ended up going the store and purchasing cleaning items to clean the areas. The sofa and mattresses had bad stains! The location and view were spectacular!! This place just needs a serious face-lift and some deep cleaning!! To top it all off, they had a nerve to charge me additional "cleaning" fee after I did all of the cleaning!!
