Horrible communication!!! Gave me credits from the hotel and still charged my card. Took my accident fee and only gave me 1 cent back . Than told me I had to wait another 7-10 days for my refund. 2 weeks for a refund ? Ridiculous. I called the hotel and they told me they released the money and nothing they can do but wait.

Great location. Very loud on weekends all night long. Quieter during the day. Party environment on roof of hotel. You can only use the pool until 5pm. Wonderful views from premium rooms. 2/3 concierges I spoke with were friendly. Barista rolled her eyes at me when I came up to order a coffee; I suggest the coffee place across the street instead. Beds were super comfortable. Water pressure excellent. Rooftop bar has a beautiful view, great for happy hour.

Pool has very limited hours!

We loved this hotel. The one thing I would note (because we were traveling with kids) is that the pool has super limited hours. maybe like 9a-4p on week days and only 9a-1p on weekends. As such we didn't get to be in the pool on Sunday afternoon which was a major reason we had booked this one. We were disappointed for sure but the hotel and rest of the parts of our stay were very nice.

Amazing location. Great staff. More space than many places in NYC. We have stayed here many times and will stay here again. So, why two stars? Because I had never stayed on the 12th floor. This time my kids stayed on the 12th floor. RIDICULOUS. Do not stay on the 12th floor directly under an amazing night club where you will hear shoes scraping on your ceiling late into the night and music jamming the whole time. They should not allow this space to be used let alone priced the same way. Outside of that we love the place. But that is not fair for hotel guests.
