Nashville Stay

The property was acceptable. But what we didn’t know was that it had three floors. And for two people in our 70s, it was pretty challenging. The furniture on the main level was not comfortable, and this area was always very cold. The bedrooms on the third floor were hot. But we have relatives who live in Nashville, and so we were not home very much. We rented a car, so having a two-car garage was very convenient. This townhouse was conveniently located. So, for the price, it was okay.

Cal is the best

Cal was so easy to communicate with and responsive! Great stay. Location is close to the airport and about 20 minutes to Broadway. Wonderful time. Clean VRBO. If you have problems with stairs there is slot of them! (Just FYI)

With a few minor upgrades, it would be 5/5.

This place is very chic and clean and the property managers are very communicative. I appreciated parking in the garage and the safety features of the home. I usually stay at home rentals because they're quiet and I enjoy cooking when I travel. Unfortunately, I had a hard time sleeping here because there are not black out curtains in either bedroom, so ambient city lights made it hard to get a good night's rest. I had to switch out the sheets because there were polyester sheets on a foam mattress and it was too hot for comfort. Luckily, there were cotton sheets and a light comforter in the closet and that helped tremendously. The kitchen is relatively well stocked, but the Teflon pans provided were scratched up and that always makes me feel uneasy. The host offered to expedite a new order of pans to the house, which was very responsive. I will say, outside these few concerns I had a lovely time. There's a kettle and strainer for tea, so bonus points for that. All in all, it was a good stay.

Property was very well maintained and beautiful. We were supplied with everything we needed. Communication with owner was excellent. Getting to the property was easy and only 10 minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

My wife and I, and our son and his wife stayed for a week and had a great experience. The townhouse was very clean and organized. It had a large garage that had no problem fitting our large SUV, although be prepared for going up and down two flights of stairs. Logistically it was perfect, being only 20 minutes from downtown but away from the craziness. It was not far from destinations outside the city, such as the Belle Meade, Cheekwood, Franklin, and the Hermitage. It's also 5 minutes from the airport and no airplane noise. The adjacent neighborhood was not the type of place we'd be comfortable walking around, but the second story balcony was nice to sit outside. The property owner was very helpful. There was a minor leak in one of the bathrooms and he had a plumber dispatched quickly to fix it. In summary, this is an excellent place to stay for two adult couples who want to experience downtown Nashville as well as the surrounding area but get back to a nearby home base which is quiet and comfortable.

Clean and updated! Neighborhood could be maybe a little better but the property was AMAZING and perfect location away from the craziness of downtown but not a long drive. Perfect distance from the airport and just a jaunt over to west Nash!

Dance competition place of respite

My daughter and I were in Nashville for a national dance competition and loved our peace and quiet after a full day of competition each day. She loved the bedroom that she claimed for the week. (It was the pink light for her since her favorite color is pink. LOL) Calvin made sure to let me know that he was available if we needed anything. Fortunately that wasn't necessarily, but I'm grateful to know if I had i could reach out. We truly enjoyed our stay. Hopefully it won't be another 20yrs before my family visits Nashville and we would love to visit this wonderful homey listing again.

Beautiful Home

Fantastic home that is close to the airport, downtown, many local eateries, and much more. Everything was very clean and well kept. With the townhome being three stories, there's plenty of room to escape for a moment. Highly recommend this place and will definitely look to book again.
